The presentation of the Métiers d’art collection in New York last December was the occasion for CHANEL to complete a new chapter of its 3.55 podcast in collaboration with Monocle and Tyler Brûlé. Entitled Métier Class by CHANEL, it is an invitation to discover behind the scenes of CHANEL’s creation. Four conversations were recorded, one by one, with important personalities of the House.

During the first episode, Tyler Brûlé dialogues with Karl Lagerfeld, who through his extraordinary creative character, his enlightened and erudite mind, his freedom, as much in his creativity as his expression, and his inspiration has been reinventing, since 1983, the codes of the brand created by Gabrielle Chanel. A precious and privileged moment, this is one of the last interviews given by the designer. This immersion into the world of CHANEL continues with Bruno Pavlovsky, President of CHANEL Fashion, Amanda Harlech , consultant and Karl Lagerfeld’s “outside pair of eyes” and Pharrell Williams, the House Ambassador.

Métier Class by CHANEL, the new chapter of CHANEL’s podcast 3.55, will be available to listen to from March 2nd 2019 on Apple Podcasts.
